I Paid $40 for 2 people up front. Paying is mandatory b4 eating. The food was at room temperature and in some cases cold( fried chicken, shrimp). Fried shrimp was mushy for whatever reason. Eggs rolls were noticeably cold with a taste of being freezer burned. After a partial plate of this we asked for the manager for options. He explained that the owner advised under no circumstances will there be any refunds hence paying before you taste the food. So my advice is to NEVER EVER go there.
Absolutely disgusting food. Sushi was terrible, General TSO was like rubber, oysters and muscles were extremely bland and washed out, Crab Rangoons tasted like they were cooked a week ago, and as if the food wasn’t bad enough the girl with the giant glasses at the register hit up with a $10 “group tip” because I was talking to a friend that just so happened to be there for his kids birthday. When I addressed the discrepancy she responded with “they told me there were more people coming”. Thats fine but we weren’t those people genius. Absolutely terrible food, and environment. $78 for food that doesn’t even come close to some Panda Express at the mall. Ridiculous.
The manger is always nice and respectful. One thing they do a great job of is restocking food, they always walk and make sure their customers are fed at a timely manner. My favorite thing is the crab rangoon here. They have the best crab rangoon compared to all the other buffets I had. This is the best chinese food in Kannapolis!
